
Nathan Suedmeyer
Nathan is an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in trademark, copyright, and patent law, including litigation, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, and domain name disputes. Beyond litigation, he has filed and prosecuted over 1,900 federal trademarks, helping businesses protect their brands through strategic trademark and copyright registration.
As a board-certified specialist in intellectual property law by the Florida Bar, Nathan has demonstrated the highest level of expertise, professionalism, and ethical standards in the field.
Nathan earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida. Before becoming a patent attorney, he spent over five years designing and engineering 64-bit Athlon microprocessors at Advanced Micro Devices, giving him a strong technical foundation in innovation and intellectual property protection.
